1. Order Processing:

• Swift Handling: We aim to process orders confirmed before 1:00 PM IST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) on the very same day.

• Next Day Processing: Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM IST, or placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or public holidays, will enter our processing queue on the next available business day.
   

2. Dispatch & Handling Time:

• Standard Orders: Once processed, most items are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 2-5 business days, subject to product availability.

• Personalised Treasures: Items requiring personalization or customisation need dedicated crafting time. Please allow additional processing days for these special orders (details often on the product page).

• Mixed Orders: If your order contains both standard and personalised items, we may ship the readily available standard items first to get them to you sooner, at no extra cost. The personalised item(s) will follow once ready.
   

3. Shipping Within India:

• Our Network: Avantikam proudly delivers across India, reaching major cities and numerous Tier 2/Tier 3 towns through our network of trusted courier partners.

• Accessibility: While we strive for wide coverage, delivery to certain remote or less accessible pin codes may occasionally be restricted or experience longer transit times due to logistical challenges. We are continually working to expand our reach.

• Shipping Fees:

  • Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders valued at Rs. 499 or above!

  • A nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout for orders below Rs. 499.

  • Please Note: International shipping is not standard; specific inquiries can be directed to customer service. Return shipping costs are handled as per our Returns Policy.
     

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline:

• Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days, depending on your location and courier service timelines.

• Total Time: Combining processing, dispatch, and transit, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 5 to 10 business days from your order confirmation date. (Excludes the confirmation day itself).
   

5. Stay Updated - Order Tracking:

• Transparency is key! Once your order ships, we will promptly send tracking details to your registered email address and mobile number (via SMS and/or WhatsApp), allowing you to monitor your package's journey.
   

6. Important Considerations:

• "Business Days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding national and regional public holidays.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, logistical disruptions, or high-volume periods.

• Certain items may face shipping restrictions imposed by couriers, potentially leading to delays or, in rare cases, order cancellation (we will notify you promptly if this occurs).
